I am kind of surprised that Ross's weight hasn't gone down that much.

He is getting stronger each week and he is seeing some positive changes in his endurance and improvement in his blood pressure.

It's definitely been a better week, but it's definitely hard working out after not working out for a long time.

I've written out a plan for myself as far as workouts go.

My legs feel like they weigh a ton as I try to do leg drives.

I still haven't lost weight and it's been four weeks now, but I'm convinced weight loss is right around the corner again.  
 
I've switched things up and have started running a lot more.

This past week has taught me a few things about myself.

How much of an emotional eater I am.

How much I have not pushed myself.

How stress plays a huge part in how I operate.

I also learned if you want something bad enough you have to work bad enough for it.
