Charlotte M. Kramb, 92, of Oak Harbor, died Wednesday, Jan. 3, 2007, in Riverview Cottage Cove, Oak Harbor. The family will receive friends from 3-9 p.m. Friday at Crosser Funeral Home, 301 N. Locust St., Oak Harbor, where services will be 11 a.m. Saturday.
