Virginia K. Opper, 83, of rural Willard, died Sunday, Feb. 24, 2013, in Fisher-Titus Medical Center, Norwalk, following a lengthy illness. A mass of Christian burial will be 10:30 a.m. Thursday, Feb. 28, at St. Alphonsus Catholic Church, Norwalk. Arrangement are pending at Pfeil Funeral Home, Monroeville Chapel.
