Opal Mae Leber, 81, of Bellevue, died Tuesday, Jan. 29, 2013, in St. Vincent Mercy Medical Center. Visitation will be 1 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 16, at the Jehovah Witnesses Kingdom Hall. A memorial service will follow at 2 p.m. David Flores will officiate.
