• James E. Dugan Sr., 57, of Port Clinton, died Thursday, Feb. 7, 2013, at his residence. Visitation will be 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. Sunday, Feb. 10, at Neidecker, LeVeck & Crosser Funeral Home, 1124 Fulton Street, Port Clinton., where funeral services will be at 10 a.m. Monday, Feb. 11.
