Anthony James Andrew Mikolajczyk, 55, of Fremont, died Friday, Jan. 25, 2013, in his home. Family and friends will be received 2-4 p.m. and 6-8 p.m. Tuesday, Jan. 29, at Foos Funeral Home & Cremation Service, Clyde. A funeral mass will be held at 10:30 a.m. Wednesday, Jan. 30, at St. Ann’s Catholic Church, Fremont.
