63°40 years in Ohio killing; body dumped along I-90

An Ohio man has been sentenced to 40 years to life in prison for strangling a woman whose body was dumped along Interstate 90 and later mistaken by Cleveland police for a deer carcass.
Cuyahoga Common Pleas Judge Joseph Russo sentenced 31-year-old Stephon Davis of Cleveland on Friday.
He pleaded guilty Wednesday to aggravated murder and aggravated robbery in the 2010 death of 26-year-old Angel Bradley-Crockett of Cleveland.
Prosecutors think she was killed following an argument over a minor traffic accident and may have left with Davis to handle the matter.
The victim was beaten, strangled and robbed, and her naked body was dumped along Interstate 90. A two-man patrol car dispatched to the scene drove by and called a highway crew about a deer carcass on the road.

It does appear the TWO police officer's PAID by tax dollars are collecting their salaries and benefits with pensions PAID for unacceptable performance. It is despicable that TWO well PAID and well trained LE officers were too busy in their stupefied state to investigate the call they were dispatched. I am wondering if they even went to investigate at all. How is THAT for honesty and integrity as Cleveland's finest who are PROTECTED members of the FOP UNION Lodge #8? Isn't it just dazzling to see the results of labor UNIONS? You know, like those problem children FOP officers at SPD, ECSO or PPD? Or, how about those UNION employees at a chain plant or UNION employees running and managing GM who builds those Chevy Volts. Ha! Ha! Oops, UAW/0bama motors is giving YOU the ultimatum of buying them all up by summer or ELSE! If YOU refuse, UAW motors will eliminate this HOAX in making you freaks "FEEL GOOD" about being "green" for the environment. Oh, NOooo! Ha! Ha! Only 8,000 Volts were sold in the THREE years of production. Can anyone tell me how many UAW UNION members have purchased this "plug-in hybrid" car? This PROVES the UAW is a gaggle of hypocritical, crybaby losers because they REFUSE to buy the very "hybrid" car they make and the car 0bama wants them to build. The article forgot to mention that prior to getting a call to investigate a body dumped along I-90, two of the Cleveland police were parked in a cemetery. They then drove by the body at 55 mph and reported back that it was a deer carcass --- then went back to the cemetery to sleep for the rest of their shift. I believe there was a real uproar in Cleveland over that.
