Perkins Ave., $100 bill passed to clerk by 20 year-old black man, about 6-foot-2, thin build, thick plastic rimmed glasses, thin goatee, long hair, with feminine voice, clerk was suspicious at first, but after using three counterfeit pens which showed it to be authentic she took it, bank told her it was a counterfeit.
