Local police respond every day to heated and unusual situations. The following is one item pulled from the daily police blotter. PERKINS POLICE SATURDAY JULY 2 11:06 a.m. -- 2900 block Milan Road, man, 35, brought a dog into his hotel room. The manager wanted to charge the lodger $250 for the dog because of a no animal policy, and the man was upset because he lost his $10 deposit fee. The man then stayed at the hotel because he said he was being followed by the government and several people were stalking him.
