Bogart Road at Lakefield Manor, police stopped car that didn't signal turn, driver's zipper was down, passenger didn't say anything, police found marijuana seeds and shake on floor boards but it wasn't enough for charges.

Interesting.....Why was the cop looking at the drivers zipper? and what exactly is the passenger suppose to say when they arent driving?
