SANDUSKY POLICE
WEDNESDAY, AUG. 15
10:55 p.m. - 800 block W. Osborne St., wife caught husband on telephone with other woman, bashed man in head with receiver, blood ran from inch-long cut to man's forehead when police showed up, man taken to hospital, police couldn't be sure of who started fight so they didn't charge anyone.

Bet if it had been the woman who was hurt, the man would have been handcuffed and hauled to jail.

double standard...
by law, the police were required to press charges on her, even if he did not want them to.
Maybe the guy was into S&M and the closest he could get was to have one talk to him while the other beat him with the phone?

OOPS! Guess that will teach him, to be sneaking around at home, talking to other women! :)
On a more serious side... I agree, the woman should have been charged with domestic violence.
I am not saying she should or shouldnt be charged BUT I hope the wife and husband work things out and can have happiness with each other...OR whatever they decide to do...I just know that violence can't be the answer...
