Police Blotter
Local police respond every day to heated and unusual situations. The following is one item pulled from the daily police blotter. ERIE COUNTY SHERIFF SUNDAY, AUG. 5 6:14 a.m. - 9200 block Ohio 61, Berlin Heights, neighbor rooster crowed loudly, man threatened to shoot the bird, said he'd called every enforcement agency and all refused to help, told deputies he had no choice. If ya don't like roosters crowing, GET OUT OF THE COUNTRY AND LIVE IN THE CITY!!!!

Eph is right!  Move if the rooster bothers you but you can't just shoot it.  Roosters crow....that's what they do..........every morning!

LOL.... EPH, i must ago.  Actually as much trouble as I have getting up, maybe I need that rooster.  I should offer to buy his house.

Let the guy shoot the rooster, Beat him with a bat and when the cops show up tell them he was shooting and making a ton of noise and you didnt have a choice.
