PERKINS POLICE TUESDAY, JULY 31 11:03 p.m. - 3000 block Milan Road, girl, 16, 1000 block Jefferson St., Vermilion, disorderly conduct; and Aaron P. Sponsler, 19, Findlay, disorderly conduct. The two allegedly appeared to have sex inside the car but both had shorts on when officers caught them. When asked why they were reportedly acting as if they were having sex in the car, the girl said she was "on her period and it was a hormonal thing.'
