MONDAY, JULY 23
10:04 p.m. - 400 block E. Adams St., drunken woman clocked man in head with cordless phone, blow split open man's eyebrow, woman said she wish she'd got him more than once; Patrice Darden, 47, 200 block E. Market St., bench warrants, persistent disorderly conduct intoxicated.

I bet if the man hit the woman with the phone, drunk or not, he would have been charged with domestic violence and disorderly conduct w/ intoxicated.
Was he calling 911 at the time??
@007 I don't think they have to file again when they are persistently conduct like that against a spouse
