How many people have done this in their lifetime and have been lucky that this hasn't happened to them.

WTH?  who's gonna try and burn something at 4 a.m. other than a drunk man?!

I agree, I have burned things...but not at 4 am.

he said she said

I am so sorry this man has been burned and that he's going to have a lot of pain. I feel for you.  I will keep you in my thoughts.

Were those papers that important to burn them right then and there while, I'm guessing, intoxicated?

I don't think I have ever used kerosene..BUT propane on the other hand...WOW ! I must say...I am even uglier with no eyebrows and a dumb lookin forehead hairline.

Sorry to hear this guys injuries are so severe.

Why do we instantly assume that because its 4 am, he's intoxicated.  Maybe this guy works usually works nights and it was his night off.  Ever try to sleep when you work nights and can't?

I hope he is ok.

wiredmama... For the same reason when someone has an auto accident people think it's due to texting.

@be informed......perhaps....or on their cell phone.  But I don't think that way.  Perhaps you do.

i worked 3rds for a long time and on my nights off, i drank.  i wouldn't do something stupid like this but i did drink and it was until about 7 in the morn.  i would then take my drunk a** to bed and sleep it off until lthe next night to start all over again.

"...the flames traveled up his arm to his face, head left arm and lower legs,..."

"head left arm", what was his head doing on his arm? Why did it leave his arm?

"lower legs", how many legs does this guy have. Is he  a minotaur?

Captain Gutz...Maybe his head was too sexy for his arm and wanted to break free from it..
