PERKINS POLICE
SATURDAY, JUNE 23
3:18 a.m. - Hayes Avenue north of Pump Lounge, Justin L. Salyers, 28, Blackshear, Ga., disorderly conduct. Salyers allegedly walked in front of cars as they drove on the street while shirtless. Salyers, found in a ball curled up on the ground when officers arrived on scene, said he was resting while walking from Sandusky to Port Clinton.
