PERKINS POLICE SATURDAY, MAY 26 1:01 a.m. -- Hy-Miler South, 5511 Milan Road, 16-year-old boy, 300 block Fulton St., theft, resisting arrest underage consumption, bench warrant. 16-year-old boy, 1400 block Judy Lane, theft. After the boys tried to sell store clerk what they claimed was crack cocaine the teenagers stole alcohol and cigars.

Two sixteen old boys in trouble already!. Stop it NOW. Put them in juvi for the summer (three months). That sould dry them out and make them appreciate their freedom. It will also make sure that two troublemakers aren't on the streets during the summer months when all the other losers are out causing trouble.
