That was going to be some taxi ride....lol.  At least he wasn't going to drink and drive. Ya gotta give him credit for that.

Yes, I give him credit for not driving wiredmama!  But I also give credit to the Marblehead cops!!  In most towns you are locked up, and get to pay a nice "motel" bill when you sober up!  So, I'm guessing his taxi ride wasn't any more expensive than a night in jail, and Marblehead has one more person who will come back and ride their ferry.

@seen it all.....you are probably more right than you will ever know.  Both the Marblehead and Port Clinton Police have a tendency to treat people with the utmost respect.  I think that is why people come back to those areas so much when they do have trouble, don't you?

Yes, I agree wiredmama, it would be bad "business"  for those towns to hand out pub. intox. citations instead of releasing them to a sober party, providing they are not causing harm to themselves or others.  It's a reputation that those towns cannot afford.  They do, however,  make good revenue off those idiots who are stupid enough to get behind a wheel after returning from the islands, which I am grateful for, as I don't like sharing the roads with them.

Frankie Yankovic should have been arrested for public nuisance, disturbing the peace and indecent sound exposure.
