PERKINS POLICE WEDNESDAY, MARCH 14 9:04 p.m. - 3700 block Columbus Ave., store sold woman "incorrect' lottery ticket, woman wanted refund, clerk told woman she'd already walked out door and it was against store policy, after cops showed up clerk offered to buy ticket, woman then gave cops false name, woman said she just didn't want her name in newspaper, cops said "lying to the police could get her arrested and would probably for sure get her name in the newspaper.'
