PERKINS POLICE THURSDAY, MARCH 8 1:49 p.m. - 6400 block Hayes Ave., possible drunk driver, rude man stopped at winery, threw an empty bottle of wine from pickup bed, purchased another then hit the road, police couldn't find truck.
