Police Blotter
Local police respond every day to heated and unusual situations. The following is one item pulled from the daily police blotter. PERKINS POLICE SATURDAY, MARCH 3 9:26 a.m. -- Perkins Avenue and Old Railroad, billboard vandal painted swastika on woman's forehead, gave her a mustache and blacked out her tooth. Another woman pictured on billboard gained a mustache.

Now we have SKINHEADS or HITLER YOUTHS?   WOW, htis is just nuts.  Why aren't these people caught while doing this?  That stuff takes time.  Where were the patrols?   PERKINS/SANDUSKY/SHP/Sheriff...you guys are out there catching speeders right and left, what happened?
