Local police respond every day to heated and unusual situations. The following is one item pulled from the daily police blotter. SANDUSKY POLICE FRIDAY, FEB. 10 1:01 a.m. - E. Washington and Hancock streets, cops got report of crazy man wielding golf club, found man pacing outside, man was upset and talking on cellphone, said he was upset over getting "poked' in the eye earlier, cops saw man's eye was bruised, man said it had been taken care of.  Why is there nothing about the level 1 winter weather emergency for Erie and Huron counties? Aren't you supposed to be on top of the news!?
