MONDAY, JAN. 23
11:16 a.m. - 400 block W. Washington St., man, 58, became irate after he came into a gas station with what he thought was a winning lottery ticket for $10. After the cashier scanned the ticket, the lottery machine stated it was only a $2 winner. The man then argued this was wrong and wanted $10. After yelling and making a scene, the store manager banned the man from entering the store again.
