PERKINS POLICE SUNDAY, JAN. 22 2:03 a.m. - 3100 block Columbus Ave., cops spotted bicycle on wrong side of road without lights, rider said he was going to crash friend's party, was angry at not getting invite, cops saw he was sufficiently drunk, took he and his bike to jail; Kristopher Kuhn, 44, 100 block 44th St., disorderly contuct intoxicated, 0.237 BAC. Wow....peddling drunk, and ANGRY, on the wrong side of the road.  But the police were wrong....the bike did have something lit up.....THE RIDER. 

Too bad that wasn't sufficient.
