Well one more week down and that much closer to the end of the FIT Challenge.

I must say these six months have flown by.

He's the epitome of the Greatest Generation, in the sunset of their time.

Charles Berstling, 91, received six medals on June 7 for his courageous Army service.

The honors came seven decades after Berstling, primarily stationed in the Philippines, served from 1943-46.

We are coming to the end of the FIT Challenge, and Kevin Scarpino is really close to meeting the Army weight standards. 

At the rate Kevin is going, he should be able to make it down to 180 pounds by the fall with no problem.
