Another week is in the books, and it was indeed filled with highs and lows ... back to work after a hectic week at home.  It was great to get back to work and help my students work toward the end of the school year.  It has been wonderful how supportive they have been.

What a great week it was and a busy one at that!  So I met face-to-face with temptation again.  I had a wedding reception on Saturday and then a birthday party on Sunday; the food was looking real good.

That was a fast week! I exercised April 9 and now it’s Monday again and I haven’t exercised again until tonight. 

There just wasn’t time.  I guess I will just pick myself up and start all over tonight. It’s funny how you can feel so flabby in just a week!

Wow, I made it through Easter holiday. I am very proud of myself, because I did not let temptation win. I followed my diet exactly how I was supposed to. It was a challenge, but I stood my ground and refused to eat all of what my family had for Easter dinner.
