I had a really good week. I am only down another 2 pounds but feeling great. I am finally going to retire my old work pants. They look terrible and I was swimming in them.
This past week went pretty good. Tuesday the 12th, I worked with Trevor Tieche, and it was one of the toughest workouts yet.
Well this weight loss and weather aren't mixing very well. I seem to always be cold and have to wear layers of clothes, which makes me look big again.
I can't wait til it gets and stays warm. I want to get outside to work out and not always be in the gym.
