Busy week as usual ... work, school and stomach bug.

I think I am going to try something new for the last month of the FIT Challenge.

I've been thinking about it for a while now since I am so addicted to the wrong foods.

I'm trying the whole vegan thing.

One more month left. Wow!  FIT Challenger Robb Smithson has been through an amazing journey these past five months.

He's had his ups and downs, highs and lows, but no matter what happens, Robb still pushes hard and keeps a good attitude about this challenge.
