This past month I tried something different.

I didn't weigh myself the entire month until I needed to weigh in for the Register.

The past few months I focused on the scale too much.

I lost 14 pounds this month!

The county’s curbside program is a bust. 
 
The county did its best with the curbside recycling program and now it is time to just let it go. Nothing good will come of the one-hauler program when not allowing healthy competition to keep prices down.

I'm only losing about 2 pounds per week, which my personal trainer, Shawn Zahel, says is still pretty good.
