There is really nothing very exciting to report. I was sick for three days and missed some work. I only got in four workouts – two with Trevor and two cardio workouts. Eating went OK. I haven’t been on the scale, but feel better and hope mid-month measurements this week will show some progress.

Never really liked the guy, but then again I've never met him.  From what I've read he was fiscally irresponsible with Perkins tax dollars - but I'm the kind of guy who won't go shooting because I don't want to pay for the ammo - so paying beaucoup dollars for training ammunition really ticks me

The recyclables in my garage are piling up the same way they pile up at recycling centers across Erie County. The last time I went to the drop-off center at the county building near the fairgrounds off Columbus Avenue, there was no room in the bins and junk was flying with the wind.

Mega drama queen, unwillingness to admit when I am wrong and my lack of motivation may possibly be my worst qualities. My lack of motivation, dramatic personal life and my addiction to food has led to a roadblock in my weight loss and exercising.

Bummer:  Bob Zoellner will not be running for city commission in November.  He's got too much on his plate right now and doesn't want to spread himself too thin.
