No, I'm not on vacation, but I was a couple weeks ago. We went to Washington D.C. and Baltimore because we could stay for free at my sister-in-laws house. And we had never visited them at their home in Silver Spring.

A few weeks ago the Register ran an editorial about potential leaders in Sandusky. They went through the list of possible candidates for November's election. Nowhere in the article did they mention the idea that Sandusky doesn't just need leaders. They need good leaders.

I have had another pretty good week. Exercise-wise, I had two weight/cardio workouts with my personal trainer Trevor Tieche of Bodi N Balance and he wrote another workout that I did on my own. I also did two extra cardio/core workouts on my own.
