2. 2633 S. Waterside Court, Danbury Twp., Ottawa County, K. David and Sandra Stinchcomb to Christopher N. and Lee A. Mylonas, $550,000.

3. 204 Bucyrus Ave.,Huron City, Erie County, Natalie Gardner Gardner Kraus and Michael D. Kraus, trustee, to Dawson E. and Julie B. Foster, $338,400.
