Excerpt: The real vocation of some people entrusted with delivering primary and secondary education is to validate this proposition: The three R’s — formerly reading, ‘riting and ‘rithmetic — now are racism, reproduction and recycling. Especially racism. Consider Wisconsin’s Department of Public Instruction. It evidently considers “instruction” synonymous with “propaganda,” which in the patois of progressivism is called “consciousness-raising.”

Wisconsin’s DPI, in collaboration with the Orwellian-named federal program VISTA (Volunteers in Service to America; the “volunteers” are paid), urged white students to wear white wristbands “as a reminder about your privilege, and as a personal commitment to explain why you wear the wristband.” A flyer that was on the DPI website and distributed at a DPI-VISTA training class urged whites to “put a note on your mirror or computer screen as a reminder to think about privilege,” to “make a daily list of the ways privilege played out” and to conduct an “internal dialogue” asking questions such as “How do I make myself comfortable with privilege?” and “What am I doing today to undo my privilege?”

After criticism erupted, the DPI removed the flyer from its website and posted a dishonest statement claiming the wristbands were a hoax perpetrated by conservatives. But, again, the flyer DPI posted explicitly advocated the wristbands. And Wisconsin’s taxpayer-funded indoctrination continues, funded by more than Wisconsin taxpayers.

In Delavan-Darien High School’s “American Diversity” curriculum, students were urged to verify white privilege by visiting a Wal-Mart toy section and counting the white and black dolls. After objections, the school district is reconsidering this curriculum.

This is no surprise. This is how liberals in America try to shame the caucasion members of society into submission while simultaneously undermining the ability of minorities to find meaningful employment. They tell the caucasion that they are a vile people because their forefathers were slave owners (even though most are the spawn of immigrants who never owned slaves). They aim all these "educational" programs toward caucasions. They tell the black man that they are worthless only because of the plight caused by the caucasion and then throw them into the poverty abyss by hooking them on entitlements. When are people going to wake up and realize that the reason for this two pronged attack on Americans by our own government is to completely gain control of your individual rights. This stuff has little to do with racism, and everything to do with power. As the saying goes, "United we stand. DIVIDED we fall."

Keep up the good fight KnuckleDragger. I am so tired of reading things like this, I just want to go home, lock the doors, close the drapes, and be deaf, blind and dumb as to where this country is headed. Between the government deciding who will and will not receive medical care under Obamacare, to forfeiting all your privacy to the government in order to own a firearm (so they know where to go when they decide to start confiscating), I too wonder when Americans are going to realize that the government's (particularly this Administration) primary objective is to gain control over its citizens. I don't understand the blind trust of some people.

Whatever!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! You both sound like little paranoid wimps. I think ANYONE blessed with privilege needs an occasional reminder of that blessing. No one is trying to "gain control" of you, or your gun or when you die. This same old rhetoric is so tired. You and especially the "Queen" blame liberals for EVERYTHING when we all know there's plenty of blame to go around!

There is that typical "please big Gov, I'll do anything you ask, just take care of me" mentality that many folks (liberal folks apparently) seem to have. No American is "blessed with the privilege" of Life, Liberty and the Pursuit of Happiness. It is in fact, a RIGHT.

So if you are born into a wealthy family, you are not blessed? If you happen to have awesome athletic ability and turn those skills into wealth, you are not blessed. You have the RIGHT TO PURSUE HAPPINESS, IT IS NOT GUARANTEED. You clowns kill me reciting the constitution and Bill of Rights but you don't comprehend what you just read! Talk about not comprehending what you read! The article states only WHITE students were urged to wear the wristbands. So according to you, there are no blacks who have been born into wealthy families? there are no blacks who have awesome athletic ability? REALLY???? Why encourage only whites to be reminded of their (so-called) "privilege". Do you really not see the racism here, or are you just being argumentative?
