Eating breakfast gets your metabolism going

This past week I got to meet my new FIT Challenge contestant, Ebony Marks. 
 
I can tell right off the bat she is going to be fun to work with. She has been on time and ready to go both days we have worked out this past week. 
 
We have gone through a couple of different weight circuits, as well as doing some cardio work on the treadmill. 
 
We’ve had some positive discussions about her diet as well, and Ebony stated that she is willing to do whatever it takes to get the weight off. 
 
I have been urging Ebony to start eating breakfast, which is something most people lack. It is important to get your metabolism going first thing in the morning. 
 
As long as Ebony continues to bring a positive attitude and is ready to work, I know she will see some real positive results. 
 
Our goal for this first month is for Ebony to shed 15 pounds. With hard work and dedication, this is very feasible. 
 
I can’t wait to get the ball rolling and see the kind of results we can get.

Hm, I usually skip breakfast too. I wonder what types of food he suggests for breakfast.

I always eat breakfast, usually about noon. :) :)
