This past week I changed my food diary over to my Fitness Pal app for my phone.
I like that it is basically what I was already doing but streamlined.
This past week has been pretty good.
Nothing has changed much, but I am just feeling better physically.
I met with my personal trainer Ken Cutcher on Tuesday and Wednesday at Huron Anytime Fitness.
This past week has been pretty tough.
I'm still struggling with cigarettes.
I have noticed my breathing has become more difficult as I smoke less.
I hear it's part of the physical addiction of smoking.
Well, this past week started off pretty tough and then it got harder!
My trainer Ken Cutcher of Anytime Fitness in Huron added another set to all my exercises I was regretting everything I said in my last blog!
Things get hard and I have to push through them.
This past week has been good to me.
I feel like I'm falling into the rhythm of all of this and it's a great feeling.
The only personal issues I'm dealing with is trying to quit these darn cigarettes.
This was an eye-opening week for me.
When I was weighed in on July 29, I was lighter than I thought I would be.
I've done a lot on my own to try to lose weight but not much since I started working.
I feel blessed to have this opportunity in front of me.
But to be honest, I'm a little nervous and excited to begin this experience.
I think the nerves are because I don't know what to expect.
I am meeting my trainer Ken Cutcher of Huron Anytime Fitness this week.
My name is Ross Taylor. I'm 33 years old and a lifelong resident of Erie County.
