High: 350A N. Buckeye St.,Bellevue Corp. Huron County, A. Schulman Inc. to Mitsubishi Chemical Performance, $2,347,800.

Low: 621 Adams St., Sandusky City, Erie County, Patricia McCarty to Starlin Jackson, $7,500.
