High: 3795 Alpha Road, Greenwich Twp., Huron County, Ervin M. and Emma H. Burkholder to Ervin and Crystal Burkholder Jr., survivor, $694,000.

Low: 0 Ridge St., Monroeville Corp., Huron County, James F. Herner, trustee, to David M. and Dena I Baican or survivor, $1,000.
