The following were the highest and lowest real estate transations in Erie, Huron and Ottawa Counties for the week ending Oct. 12.

 

High: 3 transactions, 380 Salem Drive, 450 and 455 Nantucket Place, Vermilion City, Erie County, Elden Properties, LP, to Crystal Shores Apts. East, LLC, $1,170,375.

Low: 0 Smith Ave., New Haven Twp., Huron County, Linda K. Reed to Travis A. Robinson, $50.
