The following were the highest and lowest real estate transations in Erie, Huron and Ottawa Counties for the week ending Oct. 5.

 

High:
1715 Cleveland Road, Huron Twp., Erie County, Lisa L. Bloor, successor trustee, to Joseph J. and Shannon M. Polak, $625,000.

Low:
6 Pierce St., Greenwich Corp., Huron County, Sutton Bank to Kirk A. and Patricia A. Dittman or survivor, $1,500.
