"Sandusky native" Chucky to join Monday Night Football

There seems to be a Chuck-themed blog from both Jasons this week. I'm sure you are all stunned by the coincidence.

This may stun you. Former NFL football coach Jon Gruden was born in Sandusky and now he is going to be a commentator on Monday Night Football with Mike Tirico and analyst Ron Jaworski.

Gruden was in Sandusky for about as long as it takes to be born and released from the hospital to head back to Fremont with your family. But it is still interesting to see all the current stories about the Super Bowl winning coach being a "Sandusky, Ohio, native."

Gruden has been called Chucky in the past for his temper and striking resemblence to the maniacal killer doll in the movie "Child's Play." A funny ESPN article about it is here.

I'm looking forward to seeing the new face on Monday Night Football this season. Why not, he is "from" Sandusky.
