What Obama’s housing foreclosure plan means for you

President Barack Obama has just given a speech in Arizona announcing his program for helping homeowners who are struggling to make their mortgage payments.

There’s a good posting on the White House blog, available here, explaining how the plan will help two separate groups of homeowners: (1) Borrowers current on their payments who have seen their homes fall in value and (2) Borrowers who face possible foreclosure because they are behind on their mortgages or struggling to make payments.
