Lots of holiday music available on the net

If you’re sitting at a computer with an Internet connection, you never have to be without holiday music.

My favorite Internet radio service, Slacker, has 12 different holiday music channels, including “Holiday Hits,” “Holiday Classics,” holiday stations with alternative rock, jazz, R&B, Latin and classical spins, and a channel called “Dysfunctional Holiday,” which features offbeat stuff.

Pandora has holiday music, too, and lets visitors create their own holiday music stations.

If you are having trouble remembering the lyrics for your favorite Christmas carols, you can check the words for more than 100 songs here. The site is hosted by Mike Leal, who runs a public radio station in Erie, Pa.
