Well, this week has been inspiring.
It's actually about to happen!
I'm finally about to start getting the help I need to change my life!
I met the rest of the FIT challengers; they are soooo cool and different at the same time.
And I met Shawn Zahel, my personal trainer at NOMS. He's cool, too.
He asked me to make a log of everything I ate over the weekend. I am going to just ask McDonald's to print out the menu, lol.
But no really my first workout was Monday. Time to bring it. This is what I asked for.
