You want to hear mental? How about the two fraud power of attorney Huronites ~ assisted by sneaky stupid attorneys ~ that caused serious defects in the title to property by fraudulently transfering the 1st elderly owner's half when she was in the end stages of Alzheimers over to the elderly owner of the other half, who already had two strokes, three heart attacks, and a heart condition that couldn't be operated on.

Now one would think if the ignorant attorneys didn't have enough common sense to know the house was going to have to be sold in the very near future and a title search would find the fraud, the Erie County auditor and the recorder would have known it. How's THAT for incompetence?

Isn't Ward on Wilbur Dr ? The two roads run together but it's a few short blocks between the 900 Glenview area and where I thought Ward lived. Seems the police might have a tough one to patrol in this case

huronguy

Yes he does live on Wilbur but this is him

Erie County sure does have some creepy sweethearts for public officials, don't they?

Auditors that authorize fraudulent transfers of property causing serious defects in the titles ......... recorders (who are required by law to make sure all filings on property are true and accurate) who file fraud documents that falsely state forged power of attorneys concealed in the Lorain County Recorder are on file in Erie County and when asked where the POA is, they say: "Duh ...... I don't know. Those aren't even our numbers. All our numbers begin with the year they are filed" ...... a joke court that allows their attorney friends to file forged wills two years after a client's death ..... another court that knows if property isn't put back into the correct owner's probate estate it can't be sold through normal channels gets around it by selling the property at a scam sheriff sale under a fraud preliminary judicial report that falsely states there are no defects in the title ..........

The law says that anybody that assists in fraud is just as guilty as the one(s) that benefit.

Once again, Erie County sure does have some real incompetent creepy sweethearts for public officials, don't they?
