11:28 p.m. – East Third and Washington streets, Steven Horning, 44, 100 block Glendale Ave., Bellevue, operating vehicle under the influence. When asked to conduct field sobriety test, Horning stated, “I’m already drunk, what’s the point.”

HA Ha wonder what he blew? 11:28 PM on a dark night with the cruisers disco lights and strobes flashing I wonder how many here could walk a heel to toe in a straight line? If the police are going to perform field sobriety tests they should at least turn off the lights while they do it. They like to stack the deck a little bit and the left of center or failure to maintain lane claim on the initial stop as soul purpose for the stop should be required video proof. Just Say'n
