This past week I worked out with Tony Johnson, of Keegan Sports Training Academy, on Monday morning and Tuesday and Wednesday nights.
Tony and I weren't able to get our schedules to work the rest of the week so I've ridden my bike the past three nights.
I was riding at about 1 a.m. when I heard the coyotes howling back inside the NASA fence.
I suspect they were howling because police sirens were hurting their ears, but it was a pretty eerie feeling!
It's been a bit of a struggle this past week.
It's a really busy time at work for me.
I've not seen a lot of weight loss yet and I've been working my butt off.
I've been down on energy the latter half of this week as well.
Nonetheless, I have pushed through and I'm confident the weight loss is going to start picking up.
Tony has told me to be patient with it because it would take a while before my body began burning fat.
I have had a couple people approach me recently and tell me they're following my story and that I'm inspiring them to take action.
That feels really amazing to think that my story could help somebody else. That's what life's all about to me.
I know I won't fail because my mind is absolutely determined to succeed.
The benefits of getting in shape far outweigh the pain it's going to take to do it! Thank You Tony, Troy, April and everybody else who has encouraged me!
