I still haven't lost weight and it's been four weeks now, but I'm convinced weight loss is right around the corner again.  
 
I've switched things up and have started running a lot more.

I had a visit with my doctor and achieved my goal of weighing 300 pounds or less, fully clothed on the doctor’s office scale.

I have finally seen a number below 300 pounds! 

Admittedly, I’m floating right above and below it depending upon my water weight from day-to-day, but nonetheless, what a great feeling.

Hello readers, this past week has been better. 

The pain of my rib injury had subsided greatly by the time my doctor ordered an Xray, so I decided not to spend the money on it.

Fall baseball started this past week and I managed to injure one of my ribs last Sunday while coaching at practice. 

I tried to make a play in the outfield and went tumbling.  Having broken my ribs in the past, I'm quite certain I've done so again.

This past week I worked out with Tony Johnson, of Keegan Sports Training Academy, on Monday morning and Tuesday and Wednesday nights. 

Tony and I weren't able to get our schedules to work the rest of the week so I've ridden my bike the past three nights.

This has been a great past week. 

I met my personal trainer, Tony Johnson, at Keegan Sports Training Academy and worked out for the first time with him on Tuesday night. 

He had me doing a lot of stretching, body weight resistance and exercises that require balance.
