I had a pretty good week, considering I was out of town for four days. I got four workouts in while I was home and managed to eat pretty well, considering there was a lot of temptation with the holiday weekend and all.
I haven't been on the scale, but I feel like I have lost some weight. It is going to be another tough week since I am going salmon fishing for four days with a bunch of guys.
I have promised my personal trainer Trevor Tieche of Bodi N Balance that I will get in some type of workout every day, even if it's just some core work and a long walk.
Eating should not be too difficult since I will be on the water most of the day and should be able to take some food and drink with me for the day and not be around too much temptation, except when we go for dinner at the end of the day.
Some of the guys know what I am trying to accomplish, so I don't feel like they will be tempting me too much. I know the trip is not an "excuse," so I will keep plugging away for another week —hopefully, we will be into some very new territory, weight wise, by the end of the month.
