It is so hard to believe that we only have four months to go until the end of this wonderful journey.
While I have not lost as much weight as I had hoped by this point, I have learned so much about the process and myself.
I actually am learning to eat better. I still have my weak moments, but have been able to get right back up and get realigned with my goals.
This week was a good week for exercise. I worked out with my personal trainer Trevor Tieche three times and I had three good cardio workouts, including a 26-mile bike ride Sunday morning on a bike trail in Columbus.
My eating on Sunday and Monday were a bit out of line. I ate too much and not the right things, but I am back at it and will continue following the regimen for the rest of the week.
I am thoroughly enjoying the long bike rides once or twice a week and hope to keep it up and extend the distances through the fall season.
I have no excuses for my slip off of the wagon on the diet this week, but I have kept the calorie burn at a pretty high rate, so I know I did not lose ground.
