mso-layout-grid-align:none;text-autospace:none"> color:black">I'll start with meeting Jim from NBC's "Biggest Loser." On Thursday, Ken Gipe and I received an invitation to attend a private reception at the newly-opened NOMS Center located on Ohio 4 in Sandusky. Jim Germanakos and his twin brother Bill were the champions in Season 4 of the "Biggest Loser."

mso-layout-grid-align:none;text-autospace:none"> color:black">Jim gave me a few pointers on what to do while I am exercising and things to do before I exercise. Jim told us to do our cardio on an empty stomach for at least an hour and then load up on some some good carbs before jumping into our strength-training routine.

mso-layout-grid-align:none;text-autospace:none"> color:black">I'm not real sure how many times I am going to be able to exercise on an empty stomach since I exercise after work. Jim also gave us his e-mail address and told us to contact him at any time and he would be more than happy to help us out.

mso-layout-grid-align:none;text-autospace:none"> color:black">On Friday, I am happy to say I went out and bought a new pair of jeans since I was going out with friends. The jeans I had on when I walked into the store were three sizes larger than the jeans I bought. They look great on, and I feel wonderful in them. Sunday while I was at work, a family member brought in some scrubs. I can now wear an XL shirt and a "large" in pants. I have had a great week.
